Once payment or deposit is received our designers will begin creating your fashion legacy.

Deposits are non refundable once your order has been started by designers.

*PLEASE HAND WASH AND AIR DRY ALL OUTFITS*

*We take pride in keeping you happy we offer a one time adjustment for any outfits that may be to big or small after purchase(shipping on us)*

*We also offer One Time Rhinestone replacement*

*Due to COVID we will not be accepting any returns.*

*All deposits go towards your total bill. *

*No packages will be shipped until paid in full*

* If you do not put insurance on your package we are not responsible for it if it gets lost *But we do want to keep you happy* So please inform us if you have any issues**

*We will hold outfits for only 2 weeks after deposit is made if not paid in full by 2 weeks we will no longer hold outfit*

**Once your package is dropped off at carrier for shipping it is out of our hands. and we are no longer responsible for it. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us Via: email, Instagram or phone.

**We DO NOT offer refunds for any packages that state they are delivered.
